Minimum Order

Managing an order, however small, has a cost of time and material, the narrow margins with which we work do not allow us to absorb this cost of material and time for small orders, so a minimum order quantity of € 5 is established.

Modification of orders

To modify an order already placed send us an email to orders, if you only want to add items (without a significant weight variance) to an order already placed you can place a new order, indicating collection in store during the completion process so that you are not charged new shipping costs.


Except for force majeure, the Orders received before 13:00 (Envialia, Correos or Correos Express) and 17:00(Nacex) for items in stock with destination Spain and Portugal will leave our facilities that same day, orders processed before 19:00 by other agencies or OTROS Destination countries will leave our facilities the next day.

The agencies we work with do not make pickups or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or local/national holidays. There is the possibility of Saturday delivery for orders placed on Friday with an additional supplement.

As a general rule, the transport agency used will be the one selected by you in the order form, however, it is possible that for logistical reasons or to accelerate delivery we are forced to contract the service with another national transport agency, always respecting the type of service selected by you in time and mode of delivery.

Shipments made by Correos They will have two delivery attempts, in case both delivery attempts are unsuccessful the shipment must be picked up at the office indicated by Correos (the one assigned to that distribution area), not being possible a new delivery attempt.


The term and mode of delivery indicated in the order form is contracted with the transport agency, more than 99% of shipments arrive within the indicated period or less, however we can not guarantee delivery by the transport company within that period , especially in populations far from urban centers or periods of high commercial activity, Therefore, no claim will be accepted for breach of this deadline by the transport agency.

For orders picked up in store, you can pick them up at any time after the order is placed. Once 48 working hours have passed since the order was placed without collecting it, unless requested by the customer to extend the deadline, the order will be canceled so we do not guarantee the existence in stock of the products included in the order.

In case of return of the package to our facilities due to rejection in the delivery of the client, the amount paid will be refunded, except for shipping costs and return costs (same amount as shipping costs).


Because the transport of the shipment is not under our control, we cannot be held directly responsible for any damage or loss that your package may suffer after shipment. For this reason and for cases in which any extraordinary factor, loss, breakage, etc. occurs, all shipments are insured for the amount indicated in the order form. The shipment is 100% insured, so you do not have to worry.

The customer will have 48 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything that is due is included in the products included. After these 72 hours the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for damages or failures with the shipment.

In case of receiving a product damaged by transport it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident to the transport company. In the same way it is convenient to record the transport company in case your shipment presents manifest damages to its delivery.

We ship internationally within the European Union, however our website is only prepared to calculate shipping costs directly to Spain (Peninsula, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal (Peninsula, Azores and Madeira), France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Estonia, Croatia, Slovakia, Poland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania if you wish to place an order from another country please contact us.

We are registered as intra-community operators for export within the European Union without VAT to OTROS Intra-Community operators. Remember that in this case it is the tax obligation of the recipient to declare VAT in the country of destination.
