Olive is a high-quality biodegradable and compostable 3D printing filament, obtained with a polymeric matrix and a load from the reuse of organic waste such as olive stones. We have developed a filament, which also promotes the circular economy and improves environmental quality.
Due to the nature of filaments from organic waste, the color shade may vary in the spool or between batches.
Due to the amount of organic waste particles, we recommend using nozzles with a diameter of 0.6mm or larger.
We recommend the use of SMARTFIL CLEAN before the use of another type of filament to ensure correct printing
Printing temperature 200-230 ̊C
Recommendations for heated base: 0 – 60 ̊C. It is recommended to maintain a stable temperature during printing.
For printers without a heated bed, it is recommended to use adhesive tape, or lacquer for 3D printing to achieve better adhesion with the base.
