Isopropyl alcohol, also known as 2-propanol or isopropanol, is used as a cleaner for electrical contacts.

Natureworks' polylactide acid, under the brand name Ingeo 3D850, is a biopolymer that has benefits for the environment as it is made from renewable resources. It is produced by polymerization of lactic acid from corn starch. SAKATA 3D manufactures excellent filaments for 3D printing from this raw material, where it can be seen that the hot flow index is higher than that of standard PLA or ABS plastic.
The filaments created with 3D850 resin have other improvements such as excellent adhesion to printing surfaces, a feature that optimizes the quality of the first layer and minimizes the risk of deformation.
