"I ordered a product from Italy on December 29th. Usually, shipments of this kind take 4 to 5 days to arrive, but likely due to the holidays, I still haven't received anything as of today, January 8th. That wouldn't be a problem in itself, but I have been writing to request the tracking code to understand where my package is. I have sent three messages so far—two via their contact form and one via email—and I have received no response at all. Anyone running an e-commerce business should provide professional customer service, not the amateur level I’ve experienced here. Beware of this website and their way of handling customers. I strongly advise against buying from them."
