These General Conditions of Contract - hereinafter CGC -, regulate the conditions of purchase of the different products offered on our website: www.Makerex.es, owned by Jesús Gómez with NIF ES44407501K, with registered office at Calle cartas 11 bajo / Plasencia (Cáceres), 10600 Spain.
Users who make purchases on www.Makerex.es fully accept these GTC and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting / purchase.
It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the CGC, prior to the purchase of any product through www.Makerex.is
Makerex. reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. The GTC will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.
The prices and conditions of sale are merely informative and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by completing the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that specific time. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be understood to be perfected as of right, with all the legal guarantees that protect the acquiring consumer and, from that moment, except for manifest computer error, the prices and conditions will be contractual and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties.
All prices shown are valid for prepaid methods (card, PayPal, transfer, etc.) or financed, Makerex reserves the right to increase these prices for deferred payments (30, 60 days) to cover the depreciation of the amount due as well as to cover the possibility of non-payment or delay in payment.
Spanish will be the language used to formalize the contract. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be archived and the user will have access to it in their customer area.
The billing of the order will be done electronically by default, being possible for the customer to download the invoice from his customer area (or from the order confirmation email for guests) once the order has been sent. If the customer needs the invoice in paper format, he must specify it in the comments of the order so that it is included in the shipment of the same.
Makerex reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to the services provided on www.Makerex.es, as well as the cancellation of the order for reasons of violation of contractual good faith, breach of applicable legislation, these General Conditions of Purchase and / or in cases of fraud detected by this company and / or any of its suppliers.
