The Filament PETG (polyethylene terephthalate) is a plastic yarn that combines the properties of filament ABS (solid, temperature-resistant, extremely durable) and filament PLA (easy to print). Because of these properties, the PETG is a filament material for 3D printing that you must have on your bookshelf. It is eco-friendly and can be recycled after use. Precisely because of its excellent chemical stability, the PETG it is a material that complies with all the requirements of the European Parliament and the Council on man-made substances in contact with foodstuffs and medicines.
The Filament PETG It is extremely durable, solid and odorless. It is an excellent filament that combines strength and flexibility, which is why it is used to print mechanical products or in robotics. Because it has an extremely minimal degree of shrinkage and bending, it is ideal for printing large products. It is a material that is distinguished by a glossy finish and is therefore also used for the printing of decorative elements.
For good results, you need to print at a temperature of 220-230°C, and the printing table should be heated to 80-90°C. It should be noted that the temperature range of the printing media may vary slightly depending on the use of other printers.
