Cancellation of orders
For items shown on our website the customer has the right to cancel an order placed without surcharge of any kind until the time of shipment .
In case the cancellation occurs after shipment and before receipt of the order or during receipt by the customer, we will ask the transport company to cancel the delivery, although sometimes and for logistical reasons it is not possible, so the customer must refuse delivery when it occurs. In this case the amount paid will be refunded, except for shipping costs and return costs (same amount as shipping costs).
For personalized items in case of cancellation after work has started Makerex The right reserves the rightto apply a charge corresponding to the percentage of progress of the same. This amount will be deducted from the payment (in case of prior payment) to be made to the customer.
For out-of-catalogue items expressly requested by the customer, Makerex reserves the right not to allow the cancellation of the order once the items have been ordered from the supplier.

Return for withdrawal
For items shown on our website it is possible to return items purchased without justification within 30 calendar days provided that they are in the same state received, that is, unused, intact seals, packaging without damage, etc.
The costs of the return will be borne by the customer, and the customer can choose between the following options:
- Send the package to our facilities by their own means, being the customer responsible for the returned package until it reaches our offices.
- Request the collection by a courier at your home, in which case the customer is responsible for the shipment until delivery to the courier.
Once the product is received in our offices and verified that the state and item corresponds to the one sent, the total amount paid for the item will be paid , not being included in the return the shipping costs or one-way or return. If you have benefited from any promotion or free shipping conditions, the one-way amount will also be deducted.
If the state or item does not correspond to the originally sent, the return will be rejected, being the customer responsible for the collection of the product in our offices or the payment of the shipping costs for the return to your home, when possible the customer will be offered the possibility of discounting from the payment the loss of value of the returned item in case the item is not in perfect conditions.
In the event that the acquisition of a product entails the gift of an accessory or other product, said product must also be returned in the original state.
